Padrithana was the pioneer mission place of central India back from 1865 . Here in the top of the hill a huge Cross was erected in the year 1933. On the day of feast of the exaltation of the Cross on September 14th, there is a pilgrim walk organised from Butibori to Padrithana church. it is 12 kms distance. The parishners from near and farplaces joined together to make a prayerful pilgrimage. All the way we were praying the Way of the Cross and Rosary. From our Butibori community, we too participated and received graces from the Lord. It was a good faith experience and as well  witness. In the afternoon the Archbishop of Nagpur Rev. Dr. Abraham  presided over the Eucharist. Long live Cross of Christ our Saviour!!!

ONAM CELEBRATION

 THE COMMUNITY OF ANTONIA PARIS NILAYA

he community of Antonia Paris Nilaya, Novitiate celebrated the carnival of ONAM. As a community we prayed for all and enjoyed the day with different activities which brought lot of happiness and enrichment to know about the tradition and the culture of the other state and to feel oneness. We prepared intricately designed flower mats called, Pookalam in the entrance of the house  and  the impressive part of Onam celebration was Onasadya is served on banana leaves and we sat on a mat laid on the floor  and had the delicious meal as a community . May the color and lights of Onam fill our home with happiness and joy. Our heartfelt wishes to you, on this Onam 2016!!

                              On 27th of August two of our sisters Martina and Saranya did their first Religious Profession. Fr.Maria Arul CMF from Chennai Province presided  the Eucharistic Celebration. Sr.Rani Michael the Delegation Superior received the vows.It was a joyful day for each one of us to be a part of this celebration  and shared our joys with our young sisters.We too thank each and every one  for  your valuable presence,Support and prayers.

we the sisters from India and Srilanka were convoked by the Vicar general and the delegate of Superior General, Sr. Jolanda Kafka on 31st of May, 2016, to erect the independent delegation of South Asia. we are indeed glad and grateful to all the sisters who paved the path. We are full of hope and joy towards the future. Sr. jola lead this day very beautifully, fraternally and prayerfully. we felt the presence of the congregation very much with us today. Mary of visitation accompany us in this journey.
